Refund Policy

We build hardware meant to last. If something isn’t right, we’ll make it right—fast and with zero runaround.

30-Day Easy Returns

  • Try Oakrue at home for 30 days. If it’s not a fit, return it within 30 days of delivery.

  • Condition: Item must be unused/uninstalled, with all mounting hardware and accessories. Opening the box to inspect is fine.

Free & Fast Exchanges

  • Need a different finish or size? Exchanges are free within Pakistan.

  • We ship the replacement once your return is handed to the carrier (scan shown). International exchanges follow the returns process below.

Who Pays Return Shipping?

  • Our mistake (damaged, defective, or wrong item): We pay—you’ll get a prepaid label (everywhere we can provide it) or full shipping reimbursement.

  • Change of mind:

    • Pakistan: Customer pays return shipping (discounted label available).

    • International: Customer pays return shipping.

Original shipping fees are refundable only if we’re at fault.

6-Month Craftsmanship Warranty

If your rack shows a manufacturing defect (e.g., finish peeling, weld issues, loose joints) within 6 months under normal use, we’ll repair, replace, or refund—your choice.
Not covered: installation damage, misuse, harsh chemical cleaners, or normal wear.

How to Start a Return/Exchange

  1. Email returns@oakrue.com with your order #, item, and reason (attach photos for damage/defect).

  2. We’ll reply within 1 business day with an RMA and a label/instructions.

  3. Pack securely (original packaging preferred) and drop off. Keep the receipt until processed.

Refund Timing

  • We start inspection within 2 business days of receiving your parcel.

  • Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method within 3–5 business days (bank times may vary).

  • If the return is used, installed, or missing parts, we may offer a partial refund or decline the return.
    No restocking fees.

Non-Returnable Items

  • Installed/used products

  • Final sale/clearance items

  • Custom or special-order items (clearly marked on product page)

Order Cancellation

  • You may cancel within 12 hours if the order hasn’t shipped. After dispatch, please use the return process above.

International Notes

  • Any import duties/taxes are paid by the customer and are not refunded by Oakrue. Please check local rules before ordering.
